2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle. Hosts must have valid ownership and insurance for any vehicle listed on the platform.

3. Platform Role

Roamkin acts solely as a marketplace connecting vehicle owners (Hosts) with individuals seeking to rent vehicles (Renters). We do not own any of the vehicles listed on the platform.

4. Bookings and Payments

Renters agree to pay all charges associated with their booking. Hosts agree to provide the vehicle as described. Roamkin facilitates the payment process and takes a platform fee as outlined during the listing/booking process.

5. Limitation of Liability

Roamkin is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the rental period. Users are responsible for complying with local laws and insurance requirements.
